Mtn SA Insurance consultants poor service

Dear HelloPeter

Please assist me.. I am insured with Mtn insurance and made a claim for 2 phones which are both approved. Firrst one I was requested to send excess payment which I did made and they immediately attached to the claim and the status moved. Now on the second one I made a payment on 06 Jan, which can only clear today at least after 1pm.. Now I called and asked to speak with their manager or supervisor since the consultants could not assist, I'm now on hold for a good 15minutes.

I'm frusted by their consultants unprofessional behavior I made the claim on the 02 January and they said their claims take atleast 5 days to be processed now it's 08 January and I still being given the run around
