MTN Insurance

On behalf of my mom. She called yesterday to lodge a claim for a damaged phone and when asked for an address they said it will be difficult to collect the phone as it's the rural area.When she took out the insurance she was never told she cant pay the insurance as she stays in the rural area.then she got cut off and was never called back till now. Such service from an insurance company is disappointing.
