I would like to share my thoughts on the phenomenal service i received from a lady by the name Melanie Fell at Pinnacle Marketing who handles Mtn insurance... From the start of the conversation until the end she was amazing, customer service is spectacular... I've been insured with Pinnacle for the last 8 years if I'm not mistaken however for the first time I actually felt like a valued client... So for me being a manager in the retail business and having to live with the phrase creating an everlasting experience, this was definitely mine...
