Insurance that always puts Money over your Life/ MTN Pinnacle Marketing insurance.

1 month later and still no feedback from MTN insurance 'pinnacle marketing'. I've been following up every week with no constructive feedback; the claims department was supposed to get back to me on Monday 28 May 2018. It is Thursday 31st of May 2018 and no one has said anything to me yet.

This is honestly the worst experience with a service provider and very disappointing. COMMUNICATE!!!!!!!!
