I called Pinnacle Marketing to report a missing handset, I was assisted by Siyavuya Makubalo. What a great service! She was kind and empathetic towards my frustration. She guided me through the process, even provided me withnecessary numbers to call to blacklist the handset. She kept me updated with the progress. I really felt valued as a client. I really wished most insurance service providers trained thier staff to be like her.
