Game protect insurance is a ****!

I’ve been contacting this company regarding my cellphone that needs repairs and I have to keep doing follow ups but when I miss one debit order they call immediately! I wouldn’t advise anyone to take insurance with game protect its a **** they take your money every month and when it’s time to fix your phone they want you to run after them! I paid the R150 already on Monday for the excess but these people still haven’t contacted me to collect the phone I’m sure after this I have to wait 3 months to receive my phone with 1000s of follow ups! Im extremely disappointed!
