Esmeralda Adams is an absolute star!! She was such a pleasure to deal with yesterday whilst I was upgrading my MTN mobile device insurance. She made me laugh on a number of occasions and helped me complete my upgrade without a single issue. Her capacity to make the customer feel valued is highly appreciated.
