Disappointed at MTN/Pinnacle Marketing declining my claim /not to be trusted

I have been insured with MTN/Pinnacle Marketing for the past two years they have been debiting my money never missed any payment . My phone was ****** while I was sleeping in family house someone gained an entry using window which was closed woke up my phone was missing window was open . my claim was declined reason there was no evidence of force of entry however my phone was gone next morning . after they decline your claim they immediately cancel your cover on the spot and leave you hanging . I am taking this matter further as I am unfairly treated by this small insurance company.
