Disappointed and frustrated

I've had horrible experience with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. I reported my claim for a lost cellphone on the 11 January 2024, I submitted all the forms requested. I have contacted their office numerous times and always informed that the issue has been escalated, On the 26 January did a follow up , I was told do email a second affidavit of which I did, I'm still waiting for feedback.
