awesome come back and service

I had a very good experience with ONKE MELANE. I was Irate that my insurance details where not correctly updated on there systems. I had made a call earlier in the day and was told i would be call back and wasn't. However when i called back in ONKE the superstar assisted me for over a hour to resolve my issue without calling on anyone else to assist or handing me off to another collegue. She de esclated the situation with her even temper and listened to my problem and systematically sorted it out. I must commend her on an excellent experience at the end as within the exact time frame of 24 hrs i recieved all my docs and my insurance details was 100% correct .
