Terrible service

Very bad customer service. Paid for items that the sales person says is available. On day of collection they realized it was not updated on the system and it was damaged stock that they had only. Communication with the sales assistance the whole week only to be told on the day of collection it is not available after the immense were paid for. Asked fotlr the items to be delivered via post net to Lephale was told if I want that done I will have to pay for it as though it is my fault for Pinnacle Welding solutions incompetence. Even after calling several times to let them know i am on my way to collect the order was still not ready for the items they had in stock still had to sit and wait an hour. Unacceptable service.
