Poor service

Absolutely useless people employed at this place. I had issues with my laptop which i purchased from Makro, they referred me to this waste company. Sent in the laptop which clearly had a battery problem, they return it a week later stating they reinstalled the OS but the problem was not fixed.

Further to this, it is impossible to get through to their phone line as it is continuously engaged.

Worst service providers i have ever dealt with.
