Unprofessional service from so called company gate motor installers. Pinnacle services.

In August 2021 we had purchased a brand new centurion swing gate motor which Pinnacle installed. On the 1st January 2022 we had a problem with the motor. Pinnacle came to remove it and took it for assessment. They had then advised us that the gearbox was faulty and the manufacturer does not warranty the gearbox. They Also advised that it was sent to Centurion Head office for assessment.(Which they have not,No record of this company with the manufacturer.) They refuse to repair it under warranty as they advised that the manufacture will not cover it? The motor is not even 6 months old and already packed up? This is very unprofessional. They do not care about their clients,No After sales service. Owner does not even care.
