****** THESE ONES!

The worst company to do any job for. They first installed a smart garage machine without letting me know what it is I am purchasing. Then when upgrading my home security, the guy assisting me with the upgrade informs me that the machine works with an app. I was never told about an app nor do I have it . Called the manager to ask him to give me the rights to the machine and point blank said it’s not for us but for the installers. So that means I need to call the them every time there is an issue with my machine. SO I MUST ALWAYS GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS???? They must be some kind of @&$/$/$/& UP… They charged me R300 per remote to re-program to the smart machine, with the app that is on their phones! The original price is R550 per remote! What a ripoff!

Don’t waste your time with them!
