Pinnacle Services Don't Deliver and are so Rude!!!!

Horrific experience. We contacted pinnacle services to come out to Our Work Property in February 2024 to fix our gate motor that kept giving us issues. They firstly had said they will come straight out, they ended up coming out 3 hours later. Subsequent to this they changed the PC board and made a quick fix and it worked. Just after they left the gate stopped working again. They turned around, once again did a quick fix and left.... this was a Friday, the next Monday the gate motor was not working again. To get someone out again from this company was a nightmare, the way we were spoken to was inhumane. They don't even give you a chance to tell them what is going on. They pitch hours late! That day they said they couldn't fix the gate as there was load shedding, this is our problem, the gate doesn't work during load shedding despite having a full battery in it! Never the less, they came out again late, another time and the gate is still not sorted. We paid approx R 2500 for this service. And our gate still does not work! They are snakes!!! The entire team does not know what polite is over the phone... And the big boss "Johan" if this is indeed him clearly doesn't mind that his company is not equipped to fix the issue at hand. I really wish I had looked at reviews before using this company. Please avoid them if you can. Its more stress than your gate not working!
