HORRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, HORRIBLE SERVICE. First they didn't do a great job. When I call them to come fix their mess they make me wait then later tell me that they will not come if I don't pay again.

How am I expected to pay for a job that wasn't properly done from the beginning.
