Bad service from Pinnacle Services

Customers beware of Very bad service and aftercare from this company. My motor was not working and they came to replace it. The motor came with two back-up batteries. Hardly two months after installation, the door could not open on its own when there is no power supply. This came as a shock as the batteries were still new. and Johan told me that the batteries come with no guarantee. Now last week, hardly four months after they replaced the motor, my garage door could not open. I called them to come and have a look, and they wanted to charge me a call out fee of R350. When I asked about the two-year guarantee on the motor Johan was very rude and told me to take to the manufacturer, Centurion. But how do I take a motor to a manufacturer that I don't even know where they are, instead of the installer taking it back himself. I am very disappointed with these guys, they are ******.
