BAD BAD SERVICE AND LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE OF GATE MOTORS

Pathetic service. Asked them to come and service my gate motor. Johan said they will be busy around 30 min and it would cost R650, They were busy for 7 minutes. Poured some oil and moved the motor a bit back. When I asked the "technician" to open the motor at the manual release pin to check for oil leaks he could not do it, he told me he had to remove the :"gearbox" to do it, which is not the case. I removed the manual pin cover, he does not even have the right tools to remove the hexagon *****s, and there was oil under the fly wheel. The "technician" said it was oil from pouring into the motor, which is not the case and should not be. I emailed Johan and asked him to send me a list of tasks that the "technicians" should complete when servicing a gate motor. He never responded . These are the biggest ****** you will ever find. DON'T USE THEM. They could not push quick enough for me to EFT the money for the "work". BAD BAD BAD. They also charge R995 fro a 12v battery that you can buy for R294 at battery centre. ******
