If I could give these guys a negative score, I would. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. Stefane' the receptionist is a pathological ****. First strike - they stole my gate motor which was two weeks old with a burnt PCB (that could easily have been replaced). They've still not returned it and if we had a police force worth calling, I would report this as theft. Second strike was my fault - I accidentally deposited my son's school fees into their account (Pinnacle College vs Pinnacle Services). After countless phone calls and being accused of not depositing the money, they refused to refund the R7k - employed a lawyer to send a letter of demand - they simply ignored the lawyer and blocked their numbers - *********, immoral and useless. These guys are also under the name RSDSA - don't be confused - same ***** COMPANY.
