Bad Customer Care

Pinnacle Property Group was renting out two of my properties in Midrand. I had a horrible time with the above-mentioned company. No accountability - No Statements. Payments not reconcilable. I'd call for clarification, and no one would answer. They owe me a lot. Worse, they just disappeared my tenants were left to fend off for themselves.
