Poor service provider

So disappointing. Bought welding machine got stuck while busy working, send the welding machine for repairs in March 2024, I was told it will take two months for repairs, I hired machine while my machine send out back to Pinnacle for repairs, while waiting two months passed no call, no communication, six months passed no communication I decided to go and check 16 October 2024, my machine was not even repaired nothing done even quotes still pending. UpTo date I am still stuck, I can't even take jobs for my customers I refares them to other service provider as I am stuck to provide the service. Some of my customers tried to wait until they saw that my business went down.
