worst service ever

<p>Pinnacle is the worst of suppliers I have ever experienced, I ordered a printer from thier online interface on the 9nth of July, which was reflecting to be in-stock and the price reflecting at R1309, I placed an order, made payment, sent through POP and followed up with a call, first the printer was not in stock, was moved from sales person to product manager to another manager all saying it will be delivered tomorrow or next 3 days and I am the one who had to followup with them or else they dont, until the 20th of July only then they tell me that the price that was reflecting online is not their current price, it was for some clearance they did in June. The incompetence of the samsung product manager was mind blowing. they just dont care.</p>
