UNACCEPTABLE BAD QUALITY PRODUCT AT HIGH COST

I am extremely disappointed in Proline/Pinnacle Micro. I bought my Proline v146i5k laptop at Game on 15 June 2024 for R6000 (which is a lot of money for me). Because of circumstances that changed, I used the laptop minimumly. I used it for a total of 24 hours maximum over the 2 years. On 4 September 2026 when I switched it on, nothing appeared on the screen. GAME sent it to their supplier who informed that the motherboard needs replacement. Because of the Warranty being only 1 year, they didn't replace it. I find this situation unacceptable. How can a motherboard last for 2 years only at minimal use?! The laptop is brand new. I haven't even removed the screen protector!! I contacted Pinnacle Micro on *** and was referred to ***. The switchboard lady put me through to the appropriate person, but nobody answered the phone. I held on for a very long time. She then took my number and said that my call will be returned, but nobody called me back. I want to warn people against Proline/Pinnacle Micro as who can afford to pay R6000 for a laptop which lasts only 2 years!?!? Now I sit with a laptop which can't be used. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
