Abysmal service

I booked my Asus laptop for repairs at their Midrand branch, I was assured that I would receive a quote after a week. I have not received a quote or a callback, it is almost a month. I have phoned on three occasions subsequently and received feedback that a technician would call me , to no avail. My last call was this morning (09/11/2021) and was informed that the technician's manager would call me back, I have not received any call as yet.
