Response to Mrs Yvette Thiart Nutec House Complaints and Frustration.

This is im response to Yvette Thiart, we built the family of Thiart a 6m x 6m Nutec House and with Board Lining and Ceiling and Partitions, Electrical and Plumbing in June 2022,We built a very beautiful house for them, The company is a registered company Pinnacle Homes and its *** and it is registered as Pinnacle Homes & Projects i Michael Emmanuel have been running the business since 2010 and we have Built a lot of Nutec Houses and Wendy Houses as seen on www.pinnaclehomes.co.za and also other platforms where we are visible on internet, We build quality Nutec Houses and we always strive to provide quality materials and aggregates we did excellent work and exactly that for Mr and Mrs Andre and Yvette Thiart of Bellville, Cape Town however as is any projects there are complaints and clients first complaint was Bathroom Door we supp**** another one we bought a brand new there was a small crack and client did not like it, it's wrong to say we did this begrudgingly as we took our time and money to bringing another one, She mentioned about plumbing we brought all plumbing materials and husband Andre saw, we work according to our plumber list we bought everything as per plan the other little fittings plumber kept asking for and we were buying for him and we couldn't buy things not requested by plumber we wait for him to tell us anything he wants as additional from what we would have supp**** we often ask them to list all materials at once but they tell us it's very difficult and we are patient with them and that arrangement perhaps there is a day client was asked for extra Plumbing materials and in our absence and they went to hardware bought and that's what they refer to by them buying extra fittings yes the cistern had main fitting not working well we went to Cash Build Brackenfell and was given a replacement we had to bring one that works if plumbing was to work, Plumbing was done well and it works 100 percent well because I have not heard anything to suggest otherwise after we completed plumbing, We are left with issuing certificate of compliance for Plumbing, and we fund our work through projects and the whole winter it has been quiet people in the market are finding the Nutec Houses very expensive and we communicated with clients that as soon as we get our first project we would come and issue a certificate of compliance for Plumbing and we shall do so, We also were made aware of the Roofsheets that there are some areas where the Roofing nails do not have caps and also that some Roofsheets were forming a colour similar to the corrosion and rust and we assured clients after phoning hardwares and manufacturers who told us that it's caused by grinder cutting through Roofsheets during installation of Roofsheets and we were advised to use NS4 we use all materials SABS approved and we supp**** Mr Andre And Mrs Yvette Thiart with Roofsheets of highest quality 0.47mm sheets and we promised to go and attend the Roofsheets asking they bear with us as our work was quite and perhaps they felt we were not going to be coming hence the review however we are going to fix the areas mentioned, Electrical was done perfectly well however Certificate of Compliance took long to be issued by Electrician they had travelled out of Cape Town, we use the services of qualified and competent Plumbers and Electrician and it's unfortunate if we didn't satisfy Mr and Mrs Thiart because we did quality work on plumbing and electrical and the issue of electrical being delay to offer certicate and plumbing mechanism as Mrs Thiart calls the main unit inside the cistern was supp**** faulty and we had to replace it, We do not remember receiving any complaints with regards to the structure we had only one Handiplank loose and we fixed it, Where we mentioned that some of the areas could be clients working was because client would also fix the other areas in the House that we were not asked to do and when we came back to be told about crack on door we bought another door and replaced and not begrudgingly because we took our time, money, effort and work and reinstalled, We are not a big company we are a small business and we don't have funding and we rely on our projects for after sales services, repairs and after sales maintenance, guarantee and warranty and we look forward to having funds set aside for us to immediately respond to isssues we try our best we have fixed all areas any clients Houses we worked on that needed our after sales services x, repairs, guarantees however we rarely get called as we work to our best to provide quality service and products to our clients,We will respond to Mrs Thiart and Mr Thiart by going there and work on areas of the roof that needs new Roof caps, that needs NS4 app**** to kill the effects of where Roofsheets were cut and also to check entirely everything because we don't want hear of another complaint especially where she mentioned about an area that is skewed because we don't have such on the structure and we hearing it for the first time here on Review, We have Built over 100 Nutec Houses and over 100 Wendy Houses since 2010 and this is our first bad review and we take it very very seriously even though it's small areas, To us clients are kings and we promised them guarantee, warranty and we shall attend to all of them, Our goal is to leave our clients happy and rest assured of a quality Nutec House and guaranteed that we are able to attend to any complaints as and when they arise. The.
