My name is Michael Emmanuel and am the owner and Director of Pinnacle Homes & Projects (Pty);Ltd it is a Nutec House construction business that i started in 2010 when i started the business it was after having worked for two years for a company that was building Wendy Houses-at that time there was no Nutec Houses in the market, working at that company i gained valuable experience leading to starting Kaap Stad Wendies the first company that i formed in 2010 and we were building Nutec Houses ,i then went on to form a Nutec Houses business around 2012 which was called Ikamva Future Homes and i went into a partnership in this business however we parted ways with my partner later in the year and i left Ikamva Homes to form Pinnacle Homes & Projects (Pty)Ltd www.pinnaclehomes.co.za and i have been running the business since then in 2015 i successfully registered the company and we been trading and building Nutec Houses we have built over 100 Nutec Houses and we will continue doing so,The reason for the review is that ,there has been a lot of people getting confused of late as there is companies using our website and also pictures and name to sell their products ,if you go to www.pinnaclehomes.co.za we warned the market of Hong Construction this company has been using Pinnacle Homes name ,website and pictures to **** people of their money ,there is a lady in Delft who lost R 90000 and so was another they tried **** in Blackheath ,please be careful and do not do business with anyone who claims to work with us at Pinnacle Homes ,do not give money to anyone other than Pinnacle Homes representative Michael Emmanuel or owner my phone number is *** or *** we are trying our best to make sure we disassociate ourselves from the ****s who not only can no longer ***** using their own names but are now tarnishing our very good image and reputation by selling using our website ,pictures and name,please stay away from those and do a proper DUE DILIGENCE we at Pinnacle Homes are available to meet you take your through the processes and show you houses or recent projects we have built and send to you references where you can phone and get the clients opinions and impressions about us and be able to go there and view our work ,come to our office in Goodwood sit with us and discuss your Project,we also do site visits where we come and meet with you and sit down listen to your needs and understand the size of the Nutec House ,the number of bedrooms ,the specifications and all the information that would be required for us to build you a lifetime investment in teh form of a House .We are known as Pinnacle Homes and registrered as Pinnacle Homes & Projects (Pty) Ltd our website is www.pinnaclehomes.co.za We only have one company name in our business we are PINNACLE HOMES & PROJECTS (PTY)LTD and we are trading as PINNACLE HOMES or NUTEC HOMES CAPE TOWN on facebook marketing this was to capture audiences on internet search engines ,I am known as simply Michael and i do not use any other name and am not associated with any company claiming that we are partners please be careful anyone referring Pinnacle Homes as the same company as theirs -they are trying to ***** from you ,any company that is using Pinnacle Homes pictures ,work ,website and name there are ****s ,We do not use shortened versions of our first names and we are not associated with anyone whose first name might sound similar to us ,we are professional sales consultants we do not use nicknames either but full names and The following listed people are representatives of Pinnacle Homes -Duduzile Mashaba *** ,Mahlon Emmanuel *** ,Brighton Mushaishe *** and Michael Emmanuel *** or *** .

We have been facing the following challenges in our business -materials we use keeps going up every week especially Nutec Boards and also the rest of materials and this affects the pricing models and to try recoup that we try factor that in our price ,However the market is suffering from the effects of an economy that is not doing well or growing and stagnant -the effect has been people losing jobs, a rise in the cost of living and coupled with COVID 19 which has disrupted businesses and economies throughout the world we have seen a lot of people losing jobs in South Africa-our prices becomes unaffordable to some and we forced to reduce prices drastically to be able to sell and we have a situation whereby on average a client will drop you downwards more than four times and when we at times send say four different Quotations or more and try to suit the client's budget and once project starts the clients then expect value and quality of the product reduced in price 4 times to at times 7 times and for example from R 6000 PER Square metre to R 4000 and the client also expecting Treated Timber ,Nutec Handiplanks,0.47 Zinc Alum or all materials to be of high quality ,We have delivered quality products under the circumstances with way reduced profit margins of less than 10 percent -however we love our work and are passionate about building Nutec Houses hence we keep building and providing alternative accomodation and housing to the people of South Africa,we also have very good reviews on our Google Page and we have noticed one negative review there and we never built for the gentleman by name Brandon Palin and we also have had very very good clients and we have met very very difficult clients some who may or may not leave reviews here ,it is up to you the reader to assess us based on our work as shown on website ,Google page called Pinnacle Homes and website www.pinnaclehomes.co.za
