Poor Workmanship; Don't honor Guarantee; Expensive

Pinnacle installed a new garage door motor. Within a couple of weeks it didn't work....the battery wouldn't engage in a power cut, and the door would not fully close. After several calls, they came out to try to repair the problem. They indicated that the motor was faulty, but I had to get hold of the motor people myself!! They have consistently refused to honor the guarantee. The motor supply company does not deal directly with the public. In addition, the workmanship was extremely poor - fuses had shorted due to incorrect electrical components being used during installation. On pointing this out to the owner, he simply went into attack mode. Have paid close on R5000-00 on work that is faulty, with a new faulty motor, and with no come back. DO NOT USE PINNACLE
