Poor service and dishonest

Advertised as trustworthy - definitely not. Dropped our new door while installing. Installed the door and advised waiting for insurance. Requested us to pay outstanding balance as insurance would not settle them. Paid. They never returned to replace the door or the panel that was now warped from falling sideways. The metal supports have not been secured and the fittings that hold the panels together have not all been fitted. Door now makes a terrible noise when opening and closing. Then they tell me they are trying to make an honest living.
