Pinnacle Garage Doors - Roodepoort

Our single garage door broke. Got Pinnacle Garage Doors in Roodepoort to replace it at a cost of R 9800.00. Awesome. They where supposed to be at us early in the morning after I paid the deposit of R5000.00. Arrived at 16h30 and only left our premises after 21H00 with a faulty door that does not close properly and me being a NICE person paid the rest to them when they where finished. Never again as I learned from my mistake people.

Firstly. The door does not fit (not the same size as the previuos door - now the owner says all doors are the same size). Why not just try to help us get it sorted out. They got our hard earned money and they took the old one so we can't even put the old one back. IT IS A SECURITY RISK - we have a lady in a wheelchair alone during the day. After two weeks we need to get someone else in the fix it for us at an extra cost to us. At this stage we do not mind. Atleast we know it will be fixed to the correct standards it was supposed to be from the start. They dont care. You phone them. They block your number. When you phone from another number. They put the phone down in your ear and then block it or just don't answer it.

What rude and ************* people. I feel sorry for all the staff working for them that's on the road doing all the hard work. To the owner(s) and staff in the office. You know who you are. We can't believe that you can treat people like this. We feel sorry for everyone else that used you or going to use you. Take our hard earned money..... Karma gents.... Karma....

SO PLEASE BE AWARE!!! DO NOT USE PINNACLE GARAGE DOORS IN ROODEPOORT!!!! IF YOU DO IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK & COST!!!! HAVE A LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS ON THE SITE AND ON HELLO PETER BEFORE YOU USE THEM!!!!
