Pinnacle garage doors -OVERCHARGING

I reacted on their web site with a query for a gate motor ,the owner Andrew called and said he will send someone to attend to my electric gate.I expected a call with a quote but when I got home a new motor was installed at a cost of R 9249.00.The motor cost is R 3700,people advertise the unit installed for R 5900,he charged me R 7999 and R 1250 for welding on 4 small gate guide plates to the gate post.I called him,he was abusive and said yes the motor costs R 5900 and the rest is for installation ?Note it was an exact replacement of a Centurion D5 ,so 4 bolts and a plug !DONT GET CAUGHT !
