Pinnacle Garage Doors (Emergency Doors)

I Arrange for this company based in Roodepoort to fit and replace 2 Rollup Doors in Sept 2019 They spent 10 hours on the first day and 2 hours the next day. The two techmicians Felix and Hugh, work with tools every where, tripping over extension cords, putting ladders on top of drills, dropping tools constantly, even dropped my door and cracked the plastic wheels on the doors. Johann in the office tells you stories that only a 4 year old would believe and Franky I think he believes himself. He stated that replacing 2 Rollup garage doors is a big job, yet other provider's state it's should take 3 hours at the maximum. Johan also will not replace the side rails that come with the new doors with a pathetic story that the old steel rails are not as strong, which is nonsense. The two techmicians cannot even drill a round steel hole and if you're not careful will drill countless holes due to not measuring correctly. They scratched my one door and said they would touch it in, but they have not pitched up.

Please stay away from this company they are a nightmare. If you want proof I can gladly provide as well as Whatapp messages.
