Insulted by the manager

They came to fix my gate in April, 2 weeks later the supply that they had put in stopped working, we called them to tell them that it wasn't working, till today Noone from their company has come. We managed to get the motor fixed by another company. Whom we had to pay ofcourse. Today I reminded them that they still haven't come, instead of them apoligising, the managers went on to INSULT me and told me that I'm complaining for LOUSY R1200. He said that they always have complaining clients and that won't stop their business. He refused to give me back my LOUSY R1200 and said that because I'm going to HP and social media they won't come to fix my gate motor. He accused me of stuff I know nothing about, things that we not even connected to me or the job. He's rude and really knows nothings about customer care. I mean we've been calling them since April, the least that they could do is pay us back our money and told us that they were not willing to work with us.
