Complaint: Pinnacle garage doors.

On 08.06.2020 my wife and I got pinnacle garage doors to come out and give us a quote on our garage door for 3 locks to be replaced. They quoted us R 2 550. Because we really need it to be done for we cant use the door now we agreed on it. They did say they have nothing with them to do the job but will return the next day 09.06.2020 to come fit the locks but deposit is needed of R500. We paid and waited the next day. They never came. I phoned. Jaco said he'll phone his driver and phone me back. Never happened. Then i phoned him and he didnt answer. My wife phoned he told her his driver will be there at 17h20. After i took half day off for them to come 15h00 as the driver told me previous day. So comes the time.... nothing happens. My wife phones the driver and he says they just had an accident they'll come on saturday 13.06.2020. I cant handle such horrific service. My wife whatsapped jaco to tell him how incompitent the service and communication is. He read and never rep****. They are terrible and awefull service. If they do not come on saturday hello peter will know of this. We will let the people know not to use Pinnacle garage doors ever.
