Abusive *******.

Unbelievable that today when people charge a fortune to fix something, they shout at you, the customer like I'm ******** and use the line "it's old and won't ever work properly" after charging nearly 14000 Rand to fix my roller door. Johan Sam and Trevor are a bunch of marouding ******* who after being more than two weeks late with the reinstallation, with numerous unfulfilled promises to arrive, installed a door which is now worse than it was before. On top of this Trevor then refuses to come out and see what the issue is, stating "I do not make customer calls". It is difficult to support private business when they don't understand customer service or the fact that they should deliver what you pay for. Steer clear unless you like being ********** or abused.
