DISGUSTING SERVICE

on the 8th if Jan 2016 I bought school books for my son and a month later I had not received them. I then went around and found all the books and I notified Pinnacle Books that I found the books elsewhere and I'd like to be refunded. Till today I still haven't had any anything from Pinnacle Books and Chantal is forever rude towards me whenever I inquire about my money. I can never get hold of the company owner or manager.
