Shockingly Bad Service

This company has absolutely shocking service they came and told us they had to replace both elements in our oven we asked why both they didn't really answer us then after they left we figure out that the top element is not working so we try contacting them they said they will come that day they never arrive and since then they just ignore all our calls. This little debar cal cost R2000 and this is my parents oven and they are pensioners being **********. How can we get this company closed down!!!!!!!!
