Repair Dishwasher with Old Parts

Seeing the webpage it looks 1st class. I phoned the number displayed on the webpage. Two guys arrived the same day and after looking at the dishwasher they said they had to take it with them and will bring it back 2 to 3 days later. They said they would phone to give the prize when opening up the machine. I spoke to a David who i assume is the owner of the business when I phoned the first time although a Chris came to fetch the dishwasher. I was never phoned wrt the damage but they did arrive back 3 days later with the machine. They plug in the machine and it was working. A tax invoice was written with two telephone numbers on it; ********** 767 and ********** 244. The cost was R2000 which was a lot seeing they never phoned me to inform me of the cost. They left and I phone David on ********** 767 to complain about not informing me before hand and I also asked him where there workshop is. He then said they have not got a workshop and operate from home. Three weeks later the machine stop working and then I phoned David again. He referred me to Chris ********** 244 saying the this is not his problem due to the fact that Chris is no longer working for him and Chris should fix the problem. I have spoken to Chris who then referred me back to David and now no one is responding on my calls. When using another phone they would answer but end the call if they hear it was me. I have in the meantime through another company repaired the dishwasher, which was done at my house. The supposed to be new motor which was faulty had a date on of 2014. Pinnacle Appliance Repairs therefor took my machine, charged me for a new motor but installed a old rusty 2014 motor of which I took pictures when it was eventually repaired properly by another company.
