Pinnacle Aluminium
This has by far been the worst service experienced. From date of installation, the doors are continuously giving problems. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to call Pinnacle to remedy their shoddy work. The “don’t care” attitude is something else. Twice I’ve been stood up. Not a call to reschedule the appointment. Not even a call afterwards to apologize. Alister and team - thanks for the headaches.

We have installed the doors for you in the year 2020, we have been out 3 times to site to address your issues thus far. ( YOUR WAARANTY AS LASPED , BUT WILL STILL ATTEDED TO YOUR PROBLEMS)
You called into the office and left a message stating that you would engage another contractor to sort out the 'SO CALLED ISSUES" we tried returning your call on numerous occasions but you do not answer.
Please send through and email to *** and we will schedule accordingly to meet you on site.

20 Jun 2022, 12:48Hi Alister. That is such a typical response. You couldn’t say all that while you were here because you know that you are simply hiding behind your thumb. Since those doors were installed, I’ve had to call you back over and over again to fix THE SAME ISSUES. You shouldn’t be proud of coming back to site over and over again to fix problems. You should take pride in installing products that quality and work accordingly. Don’t pretend that you’re doing me favours. You did a shoddy job and that’s it. The doors are faulty because they aren’t being used properly? Really? You’re prepared to stoop THAT low? Wow! You have never returned my call. You have missed appointments. Your attitude is again displayed in the tone of your email.
