Paid a deposit then supplier disappeared

We got Andre from Pinks Steelworx to install balustrades at our house in Nelspruit. We paid him a 70% deposit as he needed to buy the steel. He promised to start work on the Monday. Then he phoned to postpone with a day which became two and then eventually a week. A week later he had still not turned up and then disappeared completely. His phone was switched off and he had run away with our money!<br> Do not trust this guy, he is a *****!
