Shocking Service & Bad Attitude

Beginning of June 2015 I placed an order for 4x Wrap Jerseys. I had to pay up front +- R 1 600.00. Including an R 85 delivery fee to JHB. The Facebook page states 2 weeks delivery.<br> By the beginning of July 2015 nothing was received. There were emails with lots of excuses.....I went on holiday to Ballito beginning of July 2015 & requested to fetch my order. Which was arranged.<br> I thereafter emailed Elaine requesting a refund for the courier fee. <br> She advised that I would be refunded. 2 weeks ago she claims to have forgotten & will do the refund.....<br> This has not happened....it is now middle of August 2015.<br> I posted a Facebook message on the Pink Minx page asking for my refund...it was deleted & I have also been deleted & blocked off watsapp.<br> It's not the money but the principle. I will never support Pink Minx again & I will tell all my friends about the shocking service & bad attitude I have received!
