Do not purchase anything from Pink MInx

I am beyond disappointed with the customer service Elaine provides. I do not advice her business to anyone. Yes, I am fully aware that the postal strike has been out of her hands - and I did patiently wait for my garments. I ordered 3 garments in early November - 2 of which have arrived (late Feb)... Unfortunately both garments do not match the size charts which I received from Elaine. When I asked for a refund policy I was ignored more than once - eventually after numerous smses' I was told there is no refund policy... My third garment has still not arrived and I leave the country tomorrow indefinitely - therefore I will never receive the third garment... I have tried to contact Elaine via numerous smses' and phone calls - of which have ALL been completely ignored. I have basically given away a large amount of money - with nothing to show for it. I recommend others to think before utilizing the 'services' Elaine provides
