These people have got no sense of urgency when it comes to shipping people's orders. You order because you want to use the products and not because you want to want for them for weeks. I ordered for the first time last week and it is my last time ordering. A week is actually enough to get orders to their respective buyers, if you care, of course.

Change your courier service providers and stop inconveniencing people. The 7-10 days is just not necessary at all.

Nobody does that these days. You are inconveniencing your customers.
