The worst service

The worst service I’ve ever encountered! The ladies on the floor are unfortunately very “wet behind the ears” and are not clued up on their products as well as customer satisfaction. They are not able to formulate proper sentences and have zero knowledge when it comes to Customer service.

Paid for a Pram that had been discontinued!!! Still waiting for my refund!

One can’t speak to the owner who Is in charge of placing the orders she refuses to take calls and or emails!

How does one report dissatisfaction?
