STOLE MY MONEY - NO PRODUCT DELIVERED

I paid for an item. They did not have it ready on time. They wont give me my phone back. Its 8 months later. They offered a credit. They did not make the new item 4 weeks later after giving the credit.

They still have my money and I have no product.
