I am posting this complaint in the hope that Pinini Attorneys and U&J Property Holdings will urgently investigate and resolve a matter that has been ongoing for several months. A subsidy property was purchased through U&J Property Holdings, with the legal transfer handled by Pinini Attorneys. The property purchase price was R190,000, paid from an approved housing subsidy of R261,000, and approximately R11,000 was also paid towards transfer and attorney fees. Since the purchase was completed in February, there has been continuous follow-up regarding the remaining balance of the subsidy after the purchase price and associated costs were deducted. Despite numerous enquiries, no payment has been received and no detailed financial reconciliation has been provided explaining how the subsidy funds were allocated. What is even more concerning is that the purchasers were never informed that the property had been transferred. They only discovered that the transfer had taken place after the seller contacted them to confirm that she had received payment. Even obtaining the title deed became a lengthy and frustrating process that required repeated follow-ups. Throughout this matter, the purchasers were repeatedly told that the outstanding payment was still being processed, but months have passed without any resolution or clear communication. There were also comments made suggesting that reporting the matter could affect employees' jobs, which made the purchasers hesitant to escalate their concerns. This complaint is not about making accusations—it is about seeking transparency and accountability. The purchasers simply want: A complete breakdown of how the R261,000 housing subsidy was allocated. A written explanation of all deductions made. Payment of any outstanding balance due to them. An explanation for why they were never informed that the property transfer had been completed. After months of waiting, unanswered questions, and repeated follow-ups, we hope that Pinini Attorneys and U&J Property Holdings will treat this matter with the urgency and professionalism it deserves. We would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution.
