PING ME TRACKING WATCH DISASTER

I ordered two Ping Me GPS Kids watches from Ping Me directly. This entire experience has been nothing but a nightmare. The first watches received were not working correctly so the owner of this product asked me to return it. We received the new watches but this time the screen's display was faulty, despite Ping Me telling me that some watches are supposed to be displayed this way. Eventually after weeks of correspondence, we received new watches again but again I am having trouble with the watch functioning correctly. More than often, the watch does not call correctly and now we are unable to switch it off remotely. The battery is almost always flat as we can't switch if off when not in use.

I have sent several messages to the support team and I have been asked for the serial numbers etc of the watch, but after weeks, they do not respond and are now blatantly ignoring my messages.

One would think that this seller had it in their heart to sell a product for the benefit of keeping children safe, but this seller clearly has no interest in childrens safety.

Please do not buy this product. This is not how kids tracking system should function. It should be reliable.
