To the reader I have send a motorcycle tank to pinetown radiators in dec 2017 as to clean only the employee of the company Galen did not send a quote as asked for nor did i receive a delivery notice for the tank I got a call shortly after to inform me the tank in ready and the cost is R1500 for flushing and sealing the tank . Note i asked a quote 1st After phoning to man i was bluntly told " wel u have to pay " according to consumer act the client is not liable for any unauthorized work been done to his or her property So i made payment arrangements with Galen at pinetown radiators ha gave me his personal bank details so i was told reasantly he was steeling from the clients So i want my tank returned at no cost as 1 quote never given 2 i paid money into a staff member acc that pinetown radiators employed 3 i dont even have proof that a 5L,tank will cost 1500rand to flush and seal 4 i already paid R650 for the tank i to the employee acc I feel the company must carry the loss for poor judgment on employing Galen and also i jave the right to my property as i have not approved a quote that was never given Regards Jeandre
