Worst Dealership Ever!!!

Do not deal with these people, they are such **********. There are only a few willing to help, however the management is terrible. The only thing they care about is making money. I bought a Chev cruze from them in Jan and the car was delivered to me a week after signing the contract, the first time I drove it the brakes gave out and I had to return the car, it was then "fixed" for faulty wiring and the engine sensors had to be replaced, however the engine light kept coming on after that. This took 3 months to sort out and in order to get feedback, I had to call them, the management does not bother about proper customer service. I had the car for only a few months after that when the engine light started coming on again and this time when they took it there was a problem with the gearbox and I was given an old courtesy car which was also broken and overheated and the brakes were low, windows didn't open and didn't go past the speed of 60. They then diagnosed the problem with my car as a gearbox fail and told me the gearbox needed to be replaced, the cost of this on my part was to be 17 000. I was ready to pay and I was told that I would receive feedback. I didn't hear from them and every time I contacted them it was always the same story, that they were working on it and would let me know. They kept swapping my courtesy car with other broken cars. It had been 4 months and today I hear that they misdiagnosed the problem and that I would have to pay much more money to have it fixed, I don't see this as my problem and I refuse to pay for this. These people need to be investigated! After 4 months of having my car in the workshop they suddenly say that they misdiagnosed. This is bull****!

Thank you to Kashan for sorting me out with a new and better car and for always giving me good service even when the others were not. It was most gracious of Wayne to accept his loss and provide me with his best service and at no further cost to me. If you are ever dealing with Pinetown cars, my advice would be to see Kashan as he tries his best to sort out anything you need.
