Very unhappy

I bought a Mercedes CLK 350 from Keith from Pinetown Cars. There were a few issues on the vehicle that needed to be fixed such as: The windows didn't like up The timing chain was making a noise. The bottom of the front bumper was bent. The front inner wheel guard was loose and broken. The back pumper was loose. So Keith said they will sort all of that out, that I must bring my car to them and it will take a couple of days. So I brought my car in to pinetown cars and it was there for a month, they didn't contact me at all to let me know of the progress. I had to phone them and I was without a vehicle. When I phoned Keith he told me the roof didn't want to open and that they were trying to fix it then my car is ready for collection. When I received my car back from Pinetown Cars it was filthy the windows still didn't line up, the timing chain was still making a noise and now the soft tops joint was busy pulling apart. All they did was tighten the broken front inner wheel gaurd and the back bumper. I then contacted Keith again voicing my conserns and disappointment with their services. My husband then also spoke to the owner Wayne before we sent it back. Then we took the vehicle back to pinetown cars and my husband was suppose to meet with Wayne and he wasn't there. They then gave us a courtesy car to use while they fix the problems. After a month we went back to pinetown cars to collect my vehicle and still none of the issues were sorted only the roof was fixed. So we left the vehicle there again for another two weeks. When we went to collect it there was absolutely no fuel in the car, it couldn't even start. They said they couldn't find where the noise was coming from and they said it's not the timing chain. None of the issues were sorted out, and now the petrol gauge doesn't work and the SRS warning is on. We have been trying to get a hold of Wayne and Keith to send my car in to Mercedes to get sorted out and then they can sort out the payment but no one has gotten back to us.
