Terrible service

We bought a second hand car with the dealership in few days it had indicator problems we went back to them and they solved it, 4weeks down the line car is overheating mixing water with oil sent the car to Hyundai to get it checked and found end impact damage to the vehicle also found incorrect previously repairs carried out on the vehicle (parts not fitted correctly) quote was sent to them from Hyundai which they agreed on.

Car has been sitting at the workshop for 2 weeks now and have asked for an alternative vehicle to use until my one is fixed but no one has bothered to respond on my request or answer their phones as well.
